After retiring from a lucrative career in real estate, owning a realty company in New Mexico with her husband, Denise found herself looking for a new adventure. During a visit with her brother, Mark, and his family, seeing how they were running a successful resume writing and career coaching business, Denise wanted in. With the help of Mark and Danica, Write Choice Resumes was created and took off from the start.

The majority of Mark’s professional career was in Dallas area where he established a wide network of HR, Recruiting, and Talent Acquisition contacts. Mark’s work history and extensive network give him a unique perspective and distinct advantage on how to best communicate your skills, abilities, and accomplishments to employers.

Joanne Rosen – Operations & Sr. Editor
After getting her first paid writing job at age 11, she always knew her life would involve using words to tell stories. Now, she leverages her Master of Arts in Professional Communication to provide consistent guidance to the team and ensure that resumes are in sync with current trends.
She consistently researches what’s happening with ATS, recruiter preferences, and ways to get resumes to the right person at the right time. She is NOT a fan of EASY APPLY!
Danica Margarit – Administration/Business Development
It wasn’t until a chance invitation to do some freelance writing while at home with her two young sons that Danica realized her talent and passion was to tell the stories of success of others through resume writing. Danica collaborates with individuals to grow their personal and professional brands by properly leveraging their strengths to get the job of their dreams. After writing hundreds of resumes, Danica knows what truly stands out, pushing you to the front of the line, and connecting with the right people.
Brian Margarit – Head Writer
Brian was an Oilfield Consultant-turned-Resume Expert who is passionate about how storytelling, psychology, and targeted content can create opportunities to give clients an edge on the job market.
After writing 700+ resumes in the past 3 years, he is an expert who takes your resume from okay to oh WOW!
When he isn’t working, you’ll find Brian outdoors kayaking or scouring the beach for cool shells with his two boys.
